Role overview

We are looking for a Media Manager who can lead integrated media planning, execution and optimization across the PVMI brand portfolio. This role will shape full-funnel media strategy, define explicit campaign objectives, manage budgets, track performance and ensure that every media investment delivers measurable business impact. The person will work closely with brand teams, creative partners, media agencies and internal stakeholders to build sharper, more effective media plans.

Key responsibilities

Media strategy and planning
- Lead annual media planning for the portfolio,



in partnership with the Media Head and brand teams.
- Build integrated media strategies that are grounded in business objectives, consumer insights and brand priorities.
- Define the right media mix across platforms to drive reach, frequency, engagement and business outcomes.
- Set clear campaign objectives, measurable KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Partner with brand and creative agencies to develop integrated campaigns that are strategic, measurable and execution-ready.

Budget and commercial ownership
- Lead media budget planning, tracking and governance across campaigns.
- Work with brand teams and agency partners to ensure budget discipline, transparency and accountability.
- Track spends, deliveries and commitments to ensure strong financial control.
- Support audits, reconciliations and compliance requirements linked to media investments.

Media execution and agency performance
