Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Architect to support digital transformation, service innovation, program review, and digital service delivery initiatives. The Digital Architect will work within cross-functional Agile product teams to provide architectural leadership, technical guidance, and strategic direction while ensuring solutions align with architectural vision, technical standards, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture of digital services and develop overall architectural plans.
- Ensure solutions support citizen-centered design and Agile delivery practices.
- Analyze existing system environments and identify opportunities for modernization and transformation.
- Provide recommendations, prototypes, and technical feasibility assessments.
- Define solution designs that support iterative implementation and delivery.
- Determine integration approaches, system boundaries, and interactions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage common components, platforms, and digital capabilities.




- Guide teams in the implementation and continuous delivery of digital services.
- Review code changes and contribute to development activities when required.
- Provide technical coaching and mentorship to product teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, Service Design, developers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communicate architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through documentation, diagrams, and presentations.
- Contribute to architecture standards, principles, metrics, and continuous improvement of architecture practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an accepted equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional Agile product teams.
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Architect, leading the design and delivery of software solutions.
