Position: Safety Officer
Industry: Cold Handling Plant (CHP) / Refinery
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Qualification: B.Tech + Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety / Post Diploma in Industrial Safety
Location: Chhatisgarh Talaipalli

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable industrial safety, HSE, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification across the plant.
- Implement and monitor Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Safe Work Procedures.
- Ensure proper compliance with PPE, LOTO, work-at-height, confined-space, hot-work, and electrical safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor contractor safety and ensure adherence to site safety standards.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct regular fire and emergency preparedness drills and ensure emergency response systems are functional.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports,



incident reports, and other HSE documentation.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to identify and eliminate workplace hazards.
- Ensure secure working practices in CHP/refinery/process plant operations.
- Support internal and external safety audits and statutory inspections.
