Key Responsibilities

1.Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across multiple brands and business verticals.

2. Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and other relevant platforms.

3. Plan and execute social media campaigns, content calendars, paid campaigns and engagement strategies.

4.Manage Google Ads / Google AdWords, including Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns.

5. Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through paid and organic digital channels.

6. Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets and improve CPL, CTR, conversion rates and ROI.

7. Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing posts, reels, videos, ads and campaigns.

8. Manage and optimize SEO, website performance, keyword strategy and organic traffic growth. Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and other analytics tools to track performance.



Develop and execute email marketing, WhatsApp marketing and remarketing campaigns wherever relevant. Conduct competitor research and identify emerging digital trends, platforms and marketing opportunities.

9. Build strategies for brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and conversion across different business verticals. Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, designers, videographers and external vendors wherever required.

10. Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports, highlighting performance, insights, challenges and next steps. Continuously test recent creatives, audiences, content formats and campaign strategies to improve results. Stay updated with AI tools, digital marketing trends, social media algorithms and new advertising technologies.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
