We are looking for an experienced and passionate QA Automation Lead with 10+ years of overall experience in Software Quality Assurance, including 8+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing scalable automation frameworks from scratch, leading automation teams, driving automation strategy, evaluating current tools and technologies, and leveraging AI to improve testing efficiency.

The candidate should be technically strong, possess excellent leadership skills, and have the ability to mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall test automation strategy across Web, API, and Mobile applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks from scratch.




- Evaluate and enhance existing automation frameworks to improve reliability, maintainability, and execution efficiency.
- Lead a team of 6 or more QA Automation Engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and career development support.
- Perform Proof of Concepts (POCs) on emerging automation tools, AI solutions, and testing technologies.
- Conduct R&D; activities and recommend the best automation tools and frameworks based on project requirements.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Drive API automation and Mobile automation initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to improving testability of applications.
- Analyze automation execution results, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve framework stability.
