Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex COBOL programs for banking applications using CICS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to DBMS (Database Management System) integration with COBOL programs.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to coding standards, testing procedures, and documentation guidelines.
Job Requirements :
- 7-14 years of experience in COBOL development for banking applications.
- Robust knowledge of CICS, JCL, VSAM, and other mainframe technologies.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
