1. Basic Purpose of the Position
The incumbent is responsible for managing implementation of MEP services in a project to ensure
timeliness and quality of MEP activities. This is done through:

tracking, monitoring and coordinating in office activities for projects with Project Management
Consultants/ MEP contractors

driving adherence to the project plans, product design and quality norms
timely resolution of issues
implementation of all quality and safety initiatives at given location

outsourced locally such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical,
escalators etc
Identifies suitable vendors for various contracts
Conducts a comparative analysis of shortlisted vendors and

Provides technical/work scope inputs to Contractors to
prepare the contract

Provides inputs on Services design (MEP) to Design team at
