Senior Manager (SM)

ROLE MANDATE

Manages vendor contracting, procurement governance, and supply chain for the NBFC entity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end procurement and sourcing function for the NBFC entity across technology, operations, and corporate spend categories, with a robust focus on IT Hardware, Software, Cloud, Security, and Technology Services procurement.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including vendor identification, RFP/RFQ management, commercial evaluations, negotiations, contracting, and procurement governance.
- Drive commercial negotiations and cost optimization across software licensing, SaaS/cloud subscriptions, IT infrastructure, managed services, AMCs, and enterprise technology procurement while ensuring optimal total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Build and manage strong relationships with key OEMs, technology partners, service providers, and strategic vendors to enable efficient sourcing, commercial leverage, and long-term partnerships.
- Ensure adherence to procurement governance, Financial Delegation of Authority (FDoA),



RBI outsourcing guidelines, audit requirements, and internal compliance frameworks across all procurement transactions.
- Manage vendor onboarding, due diligence, KYC validation, empanelment, and supplier risk assessments in coordination with Legal, Finance, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Own contract lifecycle management including commercial agreements, software/service contracts, renewals, support agreements, warranties, and AMC tracking; proactively flag renewal and renegotiation requirements.
- Collaborate with internal business, technology, finance, and operations stakeholders to understand procurement requirements, optimize specifications, and drive timely procurement closure.
- Drive sourcing efficiency through benchmarking, market intelligence, commercial analysis, and adoption of best procurement practices across categories.
