Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide academic guidance to students on various courses offered by universities abroad, including course structure, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests, aptitudes, and career goals.
- Offer personalized counseling sessions to students to understand their educational needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress notes, and follow-up actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in student counseling or a related field (educational sales/admissions).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with international clients.
- Ability to work independently from home office environment with minimal supervision.
- Robust interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
