Summary

AdRevUp is an AI-first performance marketing agency based in Dubai, helping ecommerce and retail brands scale through data-driven paid media and AI-powered automation. We're looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with potential clients on LinkedIn. Success in this role means a consistently full pipeline of qualified conversations that convert into discovery calls for our sales process. This role reports directly to the founder and plays a key part in AdRevUp's client acquisition engine as we scale.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead databases, based on ideal customer profiles (ecommerce brands, retailers, DTC founders, marketing decision-makers)
- Write and send personalized connection requests and outreach messages that reflect AdRevUp's tone and value proposition
- Manage and optimize multi-step outreach sequences, adjusting messaging based on response rates
- Track and log all outreach activity, replies,



and outcomes in the CRM or tracking sheet
- Qualify inbound interest and schedule discovery calls for the founder/sales team
- Monitor and report weekly outreach metrics (connection rate, reply rate, meetings booked)
- Stay current on LinkedIn best practices and platform changes so outreach stays effective and compliant
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach messaging with active campaigns, case studies, and offers

Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, sales development, or B2B lead generation
- Excellent written English communication skills, with the ability to write concise, persuasive, non-salesy copy
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets), and outreach automation tools is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
- Robust attention to detail and cons
