Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management using Excel.
- Develop and implement effective HR processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.
- Provide administrative support to senior HR staff on various projects related to recruitment, training, and development.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies.
Job Requirements :
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas (VLOOKUP), pivot tables, conditional formatting.
- 0-1 year of experience in an HR role or internship program.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles for accurate record-keeping purposes.
- Ability to learn quickly adaptability with recent software applications.
