We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, preparing reports, supervising junior staff, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Monitor general ledger entries and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
- Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.




- Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting staff.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Support management with financial decision-making through data analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Qualified certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
