Business Operations & Admin Executive – CEO Office

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- BCA, B.Sc Computer Science, B.Tech/BE, BBA or B.Com preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.

IT Knowledge – Required
- Good basic understanding of websites, mobile apps and software projects.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM and business applications.
- Familiarity with Odoo is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
- Should be able to understand basic technical discussions and coordinate with developers.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between CEO, employees, developers and customers.
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines and project progress.
- Handle routine customer communication and updates.




- Track pending issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with basic HR and administrative activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly status reports for the CEO.
- Escalate important issues to the CEO when required.
