Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Store Sales Executive to drive sales through regular market visits, customer engagement, and store activities.

The candidate will be responsible for generating business by meeting painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other customers, while also managing activities at the assigned store.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Meet painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other customers on a daily basis to generate business.
- Conduct regular field visits and identify current business opportunities.
- Visit a minimum of 2 customer/project sites per day.




- Spend approximately 2 hours daily at the assigned store to support sales and customer engagement.
- Conduct weekly shop meetings with applicators to build relationships and generate business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with painters, contractors, builders, and other influencers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Monitor market activities and identify opportunities for increasing sales.
- Submit daily sales reports through the online reporting portal.
- Ensure proper execution of company sales strategies, schemes, and promotional activities in the assigned market.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Graduation preferred.

Experience:
- Preferably 6 months – 1 year of experience in channel/field sales.
