Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end tendering and bidding activities for Buildings & factories civil projects.
- Review tender documents, civil drawings, technical specifications, BOQ, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bid submissions.
- Perform rate analysis, budgeting, and costing for industrial construction works.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and project teams during bid preparation.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client clarification discussions.
- Evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Ensure compliance with tender conditions, project specifications, and safety standards.
- Experience in Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Power Plants, Refineries, Process Plants, Industrial Buildings, Warehouses, and
- Factory Infrastructure projects preferred.
- Support contract negotiation and order finalization activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Solid experience in Heavy Industrial or EPC projects
- Knowledge of industrial foundations, RCC structures, structural steel, plant infrastructure, and utility buildings
- Strong analytical and commercial understanding
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Note : Candidate should have Tendering process in the construction of Heavy Industries (Steel Plants/Power Plants/ Cement Factories, etc.
