Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Recruitment Sales Associate who will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover once an engineer joins a client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates exceptionally well, and is motivated by targets and client success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify, research, and generate high-quality leads in the USA and MENA markets.
- Execute outbound activities across email, calls, texts,



and messaging platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack communities, etc.).
- Maintain daily and weekly outreach volume targets.

2. Sales Pipeline Management
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Understand client talent needs, hiring challenges, budget, and timelines.
- Present withRemotes solutions (EOR, Staff Augmentation, Managed Remote Talent) convincingly.

3. Client Engagement & Closure
- Conduct structured discovery calls and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and service explanations.
- Drive clients toward signing agreements and onboarding engineers.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates across the entire sales cycle.

4. Account Coordination & Onboarding
- Work closely with internal teams to match engineers with client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offer finalization, and onboarding timelines.
