About the Role

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes Instagram.

This isn't just a writing role. You'll be responsible for creating content that captures attention, keeps people watching, and builds an audience. You'll work closely with us to develop original content formats, write engaging Reel scripts, and constantly experiment with current ideas that help the page grow.

If you're the kind of person who analyses why a Reel went viral, saves great hooks, and understands what makes people stop scrolling, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

* Create original Instagram IPs (recurring content series and formats).

* Write high-retention scripts for Instagram Reels.

* Brainstorm fresh content ideas consistently.

* Work on content strategy to grow the Instagram page.

* Collaborate with the founder, designers, editors, and videographers to bring ideas to life.





* Stay updated with new Instagram features, trends, and algorithm changes.

What We're Looking For

* Deep understanding of Instagram and short-form content.

* Knows how to write hooks that make people stop scrolling.

* Understands audience retention and why people continue watching.

* Obsessed with learning how the Instagram algorithm works.

* Has successfully grown an Instagram account (personal, creator, or brand) and can demonstrate results.

* Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.

* Constantly studies viral content and understands why it performs well.

* Creative thinker who comes up with original content ideas rather than copying trends.
