Job Description – Structure Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise structural fabrication, erection, and installation activities at the project site.
- Coordinate and monitor structural fitters, welders, and other site personnel.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor fabrication, alignment, fit-up, welding, and erection activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, QC, and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and HSE requirements.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and daily work progress.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress and site activity reports.

Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical,



Structural, or related field.
- Experience in oil & gas, offshore/onshore, EPC, or industrial projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of structural drawings, fabrication, fit-up, and erection activities.
- Ability to supervise and manage site teams effectively.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
