- Lead and manage a team of immigration consultants.
- Monitor daily team performance, targets, and productivity.
- Handle and guide clients regarding immigration processes, documentation, and applications.
- Review files and ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Provide regular training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Coordinate with documentation, legal, and processing teams.
- Maintain proper records and follow company policies and immigration procedures.
- Resolve client and team-related issues effectively.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
- Ensure the team achieves assigned sales and file-processing targets.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
