We are a 97 Room Hotel in Chandigarh with multiple dining options , mutiple banquets and Regional offices in Gurgaon & Mumbai .

We are looking for a National Head Sales to lead country-wide sales programs, drive room bookings, corporate contracts, and travel trade revenue across markets . This senior leader builds strategic client relations, sets sales targets, and partners with marketing and operations teams to maximize Revenue
- Drive travel trade and non-travel trade sales programs
- Build ties with tour operators, travel agencies, and major corporate clients.
- Set and track national revenue goals, market share growth, and sales budgets.
- Identify key national accounts to secure long-term partnerships.
- Mentor regional sales teams and manage performance metrics.
- Partner with revenue management and marketing to plan pricing and promotions.

Required Skills




- 15+ years of experience in hotel sales, with national leadership background.
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel channels and tour operator networks.
- Excellent skills in leadership, contract negotiation, and data analysis.
- Ability to travel frequently across regional markets.

Pay: From ₹125,000.00 per month
