analysis, and operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and improving the overall health of the business across D2C, Ecommerce, and Quick Commerce channels.

The role requires ownership of demand planning, inventory forecasting, replenishment planning, commercial analytics, business performance dashboards,



and profitability analysis while working closely with Category, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through data and translating insights into actionable business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance Monitoring
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly business dashboards.
- Monitor overall business KPIs across D2C, Ecommerce, and Quick Commerce.
- Track Sales, GMV, Revenue, Orders, ASP, AOV, Conversion, Traffic, Repeat Rate, Fill Rate, and Return metrics. Identify performance trends, business risks, and growth opportunities.
- Present actionable insights to leadership. Demand Forecasting & Sales Planning
- Build SKU-level demand forecasts across all sales channels.
- Forecast weekly and monthly sales using historical trends, seasonality, promotions, and marketing plans.
