About the Role
Magnet Brains is looking for an Academic Project Manager with hands-on experience in educational content management and YouTube channel management.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in an EdTech company, coaching institute, e-learning organization, educational publishing company, or an educational YouTube channel.
This role focuses on managing the complete lifecycle of educational content, from planning and production to publishing, performance tracking, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage academic and educational content projects across YouTube channels and digital learning platforms.
- Coordinate with educators, subject matter experts, content writers, video editors, thumbnail designers, and marketing teams.
- Monitor the complete content production cycle, including planning, recording, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.
- Manage and monitor educational YouTube channels and ensure timely content delivery.
- Analyze YouTube Analytics, including watch time, audience retention, CTR, impressions, subscriber growth, and traffic sources.
- Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and channel growth.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team productivity.
- Prepare reports and share performance insights with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic project management, educational content management, or EdTech project management.
- Experience working with educational YouTube channels is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of YouTube Analytics, YouTube algorithms, content trends, and audience behavior.
- Experience working with online learning platforms, LMS platforms, or digital education products.
