Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales to meet targets.

Responsibilities:
- Speaks Fluent English
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance,



including restocking display counnters as needed.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to the management.
- Actively participate in upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about chocolate industry trends, new products, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of chocolate varieties and an appreciation for the art of chocolate making is a plus.
