Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Sales, industries such as Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), Architecture, and Interior Design/Services. The role demands strong expertise in Sales Closure, Team Handling, and client/customer retention, with the ability to manage high-volume sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Sales and Business Development:

o Identify and target potential clients in industries such as architecture, interior design, and CAPEX-related projects.

o Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and expand the customer base.

2. Sales Closure and Volume Sales:

o Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.

o Ensure sales targets are met through effective planning and execution.

3. Team Handling and Coordination:

o Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

o Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

4. Client/Customer Retention:





o Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure long-term retention.

o Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly.

5. Coordination and Reporting:

o Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely execution.

o Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Key Skills:

· Proven expertise in B2B Sales and Volume Sales.

· Robust understanding of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and experience in

Architecture/Interior Design Services.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Strong negotiation and Sales Closure abilities.

· Exceptional communication and Client Handling Skills.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
