Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Executive to support our HR team. The role will mainly focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, along with Employee Performance Management and HR Operations.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring suitable employees, maintaining recruitment activities, tracking employee performance, and supporting the overall HR process.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews with department heads and management.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Work towards recruitment targets and timely position closures.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and employee onboarding.




- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Performance Management
- Maintain employee KPI, KRA, and performance trackers.
- Collect and update daily, weekly, and monthly performance data.
- Coordinate with team leaders and department heads for performance reviews.
- Track employee targets, productivity, attendance, and work completion.
- Support probation reviews and employee confirmation processes.
- Identify employees who require performance improvement.
- Assist in preparing performance reports for management.
- Follow up on assigned targets and improvement plans.
- Maintain proper records of employee performance and reviews.

Other HR Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and employee orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance and leave-related information.
- Communicate HR policies and company requirements to employees.
