Job Description - E-Commerce Supply Chain & Marketplace

Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end E-Commerce supply chain and marketplace operations, ensuring optimum inventory availability, high service levels, effective replenishment, returns management, production planning, and demand forecasting across Marketplaces and Brand.Com. The role will collaborate closely with Units, RDCs, IT, logistics partners, marketplace teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless product availability and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Supply Chain & Marketplace Management

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for E-Commerce and marketplace channels.

Ensure optimum product availability across Marketplaces and Brand.Com, with specific focus on Xpress SKUs.
Monitor marketplace inventory, order fulfillment, cancellations, and service levels.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply and availability issues.

Fill Rate & Inventory Availability

Drive and monitor Fill Rate across all Units and RDCs for E-Commerce products.




Maintain E-Commerce Fill Rate above 90% and OOS below 5%.
Maintain STI F24 above 80% across all Units and RDCs.
Identify inventory gaps and proactively implement corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted product availability.

Inventory Management & Replenishment

Plan and monitor inventory across Units, RDCs, Marketplaces, and Brand.Com.
Manage replenishment based on demand, inventory position, sales trends, promotions, and upcoming events.
Plan adequate buffer stock for event and non-event periods in coordination with Units.
Ensure timely handovers between Units and RDCs to minimize inventory shortages and service-level breaches.

Demand Forecasting & Production Planning

Support demand forecasting for E-Commerce and marketplace SKUs using historical sales, trends, promotions, seasonality, and upcoming events.
Coordinate with Production Planning and Units to align supply with forecasted E-Commerce
