Finance Business Partnering is a strategic partnership that enables informed business decisions and drives long-term value creation. In this role, you will partner closely with one of Tally's core business functions, such as Product Engineering, Sales, or Customer Experience. You will leverage financial insights, commercial acumen, and data-driven analysis to influence business strategy, optimize performance, and support key decision-making.

You will leverage financial insights, commercial acumen, and data-driven analysis to influence business strategy, optimize performance, and support key decision-making.
- This role requires the ability to manage greater business complexity, exercise strong commercial judgment, and influence senior stakeholders.



Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business outcomes.
- Act as the primary finance partner to the functional leadership team (e.g., Product Heads, Engineering Leaders, Sales Leaders).
- Drive decision-making on product investments, GTM strategies, and resource allocation using structured financial thinking.
- Bring a value-creation mindset to discussions balancing growth, customer impact, and profitability.
- Influence key business decisions through assertive yet team-oriented engagement.
- Financial modelling investment evaluation: Build and own complex financial models for product investments / feature releases, new market entries or GTM strategies, pricing and monetisation decisions. Evaluate investments using NPV, payback, ROIC, and cohort-level economics. Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses
