ROLE: Business Development Executive/ Growth Associates

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, EdTech, Marketing, or Customer Success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced startup workplace
- Willingness to travel for meetings and field activities

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation:



Up to 3 LPA + Performance-Based Incentive

Role & responsibilities
- Reach out to schools and build new business opportunities
- Find and connect with potential clients, institutions, and partners
- Give product demos and presentations to explain what we offer
- Build strong, long-term relationships with schools and education partners
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams on growth plans
- Keep an eye on market trends and what competitors are doing, and share useful insights
- Handle the full sales process from first contact to closing and onboarding new clients
- Represent the company at school events, seminars, and networking meetups
