Position Overview
This role will be based in Bangalore, India.



We are seeking an exceptional Commerce Senior Technical Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead our transformational journey from monolithic commerce architecture to modern, headless composable commerce solutions. This strategic role combines deep technical expertise with solid people management capabilities, overseeing global development teams while driving enterprise-scale digital commerce initiatives. The successful candidate will manage distributed teams across multiple regions, champion performance optimization, and establish scalable architecture patterns that support our evolving digital commerce platform across Next.js, React, composable frontends, SFCC backend, microservices/APIs, and analytics. This role will play a key part in building the next generation of commerce capabilities, supporting our transition toward Composable Commerce architecture, and strengthening our global commerce
