Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including PF Act, ESI Act, and other relevant statutes.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
- Manage contract labour management processes to ensure timely payment of wages and perks.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and leave records.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in Statutory Compliance or related field (e.g., Auditing).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws such as PF Act, ESI Act, etc.
- Proficiency in managing contract labour management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills for conducting audits and identifying areas for improvement.
