Job Title: CDP – Chinese Cuisine

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (Chinese Cuisine) to manage the Chinese kitchen section, prepare authentic Chinese dishes, and ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present authentic Chinese dishes (Wok, Dim Sum, Soups, Noodles, etc.).
- Independently manage the assigned kitchen section.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain inventory, reduce food wastage, and ensure proper storage.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
- Assist in menu planning and developing new dishes.

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Expertise in Wok cooking and regional Chinese flavors.




- Ability to handle a kitchen section independently.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a CDP or similar role in Chinese cuisine.
- Culinary diploma/certification preferred.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or fine-dining restaurants is an advantage.

Note: Trial is compulsory in Goa.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
