GoSpaze is a growing real estate and workspace solutions company with businesses spanning coworking spaces, residential real estate services, property management and related real estate solutions.

As we continue to build and scale the GoSpaze brand, we are looking for a dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our complete branding, marketing and communications function.

The Role

As the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing and brand strategy for GoSpaze.

You will own the brand's positioning, communication, digital presence, content, campaigns, performance marketing, events, partnerships and offline marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is someone who combines strategic thinking, creativity and robust execution skills, and is comfortable working across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Brand Building

· Develop and strengthen the overall GoSpaze brand identity and market positioning.





· Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.

· Develop brand campaigns that improve awareness, recall and consideration.

· Identify opportunities to differentiate GoSpaze from competitors.

· Develop brand guidelines and ensure their implementation across teams and external partners.

· Build a strong and consistent brand voice across digital and offline channels.

2. Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing

· Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across relevant platforms.

· Plan and manage Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other digital advertising campaigns.

· Drive lead generation for coworking, real estate sales, property management and other business verticals.

· Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROAS and other relevant KPIs.

· Continuously optimise campaigns based on data and business outcomes.
