Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Field Sales Representative to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG or packaged drinking water industry, with good knowledge of the local market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customers across Cafés, Hotels, Restaurants, and other commercial establishments.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve a monthly sales target of approximately ₹2.5 Lakhs.
- Collect orders and coordinate with customers for timely order fulfilment.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Identify new markets and opportunities to increase sales and distribution.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in FMCG or packaged drinking water sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to achieve monthly sales goals.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel and regular customer visits.

Field Travel Requirement

This is a field-based position and requires regular travel within the assigned territory.
- Normal travel: approximately 20–30 km
- Depending on business requirements and customer locations, travel may occasionally extend to 70–100 km.
