The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and expanding business through direct and channel networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Manager:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives/agents to achieve sales targets
- Monitor team performance and drive productivity
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Develop and execute sales strategies
Business Acquisition Manager (BAM):
- Generate leads and acquire new customers
- Promote life insurance products and close sales
- Build robust client relationships to ensure conversions
- Achieve acquisition and revenue targets
Business Development Manager (BDM):
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
- Expand market presence and increase revenue
Channel Business Manager (CBM):
- Manage distribution channels (Agents, Brokers, Bancassurance)
- Drive productivity and performance of channel partners
- Provide training and ongoing support to partners
- Ensure achievement of channel sales targets
Relationship Manager (RM):
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers
- Cross-sell and up-sell life insurance products
- Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries
- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction
