Eligibility: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounting or a similar finance role.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

* Record and verify day-to-day financial transactions and accounting entries.

* Handle bank, account,



and financial reconciliations and resolve discrepancies when required.

* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections.

* Assist with monthly and yearly closing activities and ensure records are maintained accurately.

* Prepare basic financial reports, statements, and management reports as required.

* Monitor and maintain records of company expenses and operational expenditures.

* Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning activities.

* Assist in tax-related documentation, compliance, and filing requirements.

* Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, vendors, and other financial stakeholders when required.

* Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, receipts, payments, and other financial records.

* Ensure accounting practices and financial records remain compliant with applicable requirements.
