Job Title - Oracle Fusion HCM LMS Techno-Functional

Consultant

Location - PAN India

Experience - 7 + years

Notice - Immediate Joiner

Requirements:

Looking for a Techno-Functional resource with strong expertise in LMS, reporting, and dashboards in Oracle Fusion HCM to support end-to-end implementation, reporting solutions, and data activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Work on end-to-end implementation of LMS (Oracle Learning Cloud) reporting solutions
- Develop and maintain:
- OTBI reports
- BI Publisher (BIP) reports
- Dashboards for business stakeholders
- Design and build learning, compliance, and analytics reports
- Work on HCM Extracts for data extraction and reporting
- Handle data migration and uploads using HDL/HSDL
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
- Support CRP, SIT,



UAT, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand reporting requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and timely delivery of reports
- Work on enhancements and post go-live support (hypercare).

Required Skills
- Robust experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (Techno-Functional).
- Hands-on expertise in:
- OTBI Reports
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- HCM Extracts
- HDL / Data migration tools
- Knowledge of Oracle Learning Cloud (LMS).
- Experience in implementation projects.
- Good understanding of HR data and reporting structures.
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
