Job Overview

As a Store Manager at Salad Days, you will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the preparation of high-quality salads and other dishes. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency. In addition, you will handle store PL and unit economics,



provide leadership and motivation to the team, manage rosters, act as the SPOC for B2B, subscription, and advance orders, conduct internal audits, liaise with stakeholders, and lead daily store and review meetings.

- Manage the store s profit and loss statements and ensure the economic efficiency of the unit.
