Role & responsibilities

-Assemble electrical control panels as per approved drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications

-Perform panel wiring, cable dressing, termination, ferruling, and crimping
- Ensure proper component mounting, alignment, and panel layout
- Read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Check wiring for correctness, tightness, polarity, and safety before testing/dispatch
- Identify and rectify wiring errors, loose connections, and assembly defects
- Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and 5S practices
- Maintain proper tools, equipment, and work-area cleanliness
- Complete panel assembly within the specified production schedule
- Follow company procedures for material handling and component identification
- Support final inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of completed panels

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
- 02 years of experience in electrical panel assembly, control panel wiring, or industrial equipment assembly.
