BIM Coordinator - Architecture

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator – Architecture to manage and coordinate architectural BIM models across projects. The candidate should have strong experience in architectural modeling, coordination, and working with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure model integration Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Review models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with BIM standards Extract shop drawings, GA drawings, and details from BIM models Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts Maintain model quality, naming conventions, and documentation standards Assist in implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project workflows





Key Requirements

8–10 years of experience in BIM with focus on Architecture Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture)
Experience in Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
Valuable understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings
Experience working on large-scale building projects
Strong coordination and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Knowledge of LOD standards and BIM workflows Exposure to international projects (GCC preferred) Compensation Salary will be finalized based on experience, skill level, and interview performance

Pay: ₹50,911.84 - ₹80,247.21 per month
