About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Marketing Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, strengthen institutional partnerships, and expand our market presence across Calicut and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through schools, colleges, institutions, and corporate partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and institutional clients.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with sales, academic, and digital marketing teams to maximize conversions.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, partnerships, and business performance.
- Manage negotiations, proposals, and business closures.
- Represent the organization at events, seminars, education fairs, and institutional meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, B2B Sales, or a related role.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, or Service Industry will be preferred.
- Solid B2B marketing and institutional networking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and business development targets.
- Strong leadership and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
