About the Role

CoreHunt Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in US Staffing Sales / Business Development.

As a Business Development Executive, you will support client acquisition, connect with vendors and staffing partners, generate business opportunities, and work closely with the recruitment team to support successful closures in the US staffing market.

Training will be provided to candidates with the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential US clients, Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and staffing partners.




- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors.
- Maintain and regularly update client and vendor databases.
- Understand business requirements and gather relevant job requirements from clients and partners.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team by sharing job requirements and relevant information for quick closures.
- Conduct market research to identify new clients, vendors, staffing partners, and potential business opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and business partners to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and interactions.
- Work towards assigned business development and performance objectives.
