- * Operate commercial espresso/coffee machines and prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, etc.
- * Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- * Handle fruits, syrups, mixers, garnishes, coffee beans and other beverage ingredients.
- * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage counter and all equipment.
- * Properly operate and clean juicers, blenders, coffee machines and other beverage equipment.
- * Maintain beverage stock and inform the supervisor about shortages and wastage.
- * Ensure proper storage and handling of fruits, milk, coffee and other ingredients.
- * Develop new mocktail and beverage ideas suitable for a resort environment.
- * Maintain attractive presentation and garnishing of beverages.
