Job Description
Perform configuration and customization of OFSAA modules, such as AML, KYC (realtime and batch), ECM, Customer Screening, Transaction filtering, CRM and FCC Studio. Develop interfaces with Core Banking Applications for Customer Screening and Transaction Filtering applications Collaborate with Core banking and other technical teams to develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Provide guidance on OFSAA best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to OFSAA applications and infrastructure. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users and clients. Stay updated with the l
