- MSE invites applications from experienced Capital Market professionals for the position of Head – Market Operations. The role will be responsible for overseeing Exchange operations across market segments, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, risk management, system enhancements and business continuity.
The position will be based out of Mumbai and will report to the CTOO. ~~- Detailed Job description :
- Lead Exchange operations across market segments. ~~ - Coordinate with Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, Depositories and other MIIs for seamless operations. ~~ - Drive system enhancements, automation and operational process improvements. ~~ - Oversee mock sessions, system validations and implementation of operational changes. ~~ - Oversee CTCL and Algo ID approvals & activation processes in line with regulatory requirements. ~~ - Coordinate with Regulators, Auditors and Inspectors for audits, inspections and compliance reviews. ~~ - Ensure DR site readiness, business continuity and effective operational risk management. ~~ - Lead operational teams and ensure adherence to defined controls, SLAs and regulatory requirements. ~~- Candidate Profile:
- MBA / Post-Graduate with minimum 18+ years of relevant experience in Capital Market
