Position: Telecaller

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

Customer Level: Domestic & International

Key Responsibilities :
- Make inbound and outbound calls to Domestic and International customers.
- Explain holiday packages, travel services and offers. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable options.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.





Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Comfortable speaking with Domestic & International customers.
- Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work with performance-based targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
