The Head of Transformation Office is part of Group Operations and leads the transformation core team. The role is responsible for driving disciplined execution of the Operating Model Transformation agenda, with a focus on AI TOM, Market Practice Enablement, Service @ Scale and Global Learning Ecosystem initiatives.
It manages the Global Change Portfolio across these and other priority initiatives by creating a single portfolio view, enabling prioritisation of competing demands, managing dependencies and protecting delivery capacity.
The role and the transformation team are deliberately ring-fenced from business-as-usual delivery to ensure focus, momentum and effective cross-functional execution.
This is a 12-month contract with opportunities for extension or conversion to a permanent position, or to transition into management consulting, subject to business requirements and individual performance.
