*About the Role*

We are looking for an experienced Site Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and inventory operations at *our Power House construction project in Muzaffarpur.*

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, power plant, or similar project environments and should be capable of independently managing material receiving, storage, issuance, stock records, documentation, and coordination with site engineers, procurement teams, and vendors.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage daily site store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
- Maintain accurate stock records through MS Excel and ERP/Inventory software.




- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams regarding material requirements.
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, storage, and safekeeping of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Prepare and maintain Material Indents, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), Stock Reports, and Stock Ledgers.
- Monitor material consumption and initiate reordering requirements as needed.
- Coordinate with the Purchase/Procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials at the site.
- Maintain records of tools, equipment, machinery, and other site assets issued to employees/teams.
- Track material movement and maintain proper documentation for all inward and outward transactions.
- Assist in periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
