to support implementation, AMS, and integration engagements across our global customer base.

Job Summary
UST is seeking a skilled
Workday Integration Consultant
with solid expertise in Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, and ADP GlobalView integrations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Workday integration solutions while collaborating with customers, Workday consultants, and third-party vendors.

This role requires a self-driven professional who can lead integration deliverables, support complex implementations, manage client expectations, and contribute to the growth of UST's Workday Practice.

Key Responsibilities
Workday Integration Delivery
- Design,



develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions across implementation and AMS engagements.
- Implement and support Workday Demographic PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and Time Integrations with ADP GlobalView.
- Ensure seamless data exchange and system connectivity between Workday and GlobalView platforms.
- Build, enhance, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio and related integration technologies.
- Support integration deployment activities including data validation, testing, cutover planning, and post-production support.
- Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into scalable integration solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Workday functional teams, clients, and third-party vendors during project execution.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution during implementation and support phases.
