Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with 34 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in WTP/STP/ETP or wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Execute RCC tanks, foundations, pump houses, channels, trenches and other civil structures.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedule.
- Read and interpret civil/structural drawings and AutoCAD drawings.
- Supervise reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and other departments.
- Verify quantities, measurements and subcontractor bills.
- Monitor material consumption, manpower and site progress.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and ensure required construction quality.




- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and resolve site-level issues.
- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements.

Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years of relevant civil site execution experience.
- Experience in WTP/STP/ETP/wastewater treatment projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC construction and site execution.
- Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ and quantity measurement.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
