Vidushi Infotech is seeking a detail-driven and proactive Growth Operations Associate to act as the operational engine supporting executive business development initiatives.

Company leadership is actively engaged in high-value, in-person networking and relationship-building. This role is designed to manage the crucial digital touchpoints and workflows that support those efforts including cold outreach execution, CRM pipeline management, LinkedIn engagement monitoring, and lead capture.

By owning the day-to-day platform execution during US business hours, you will allow leadership to stay entirely focused on strategic relationship-building without getting bogged down in administrative software management.

*(Note: Leadership personally handles all strategic messaging, content creation, and thought leadership positioning; your mandate is execution, tracking, and operational rhythm surrounding those assets.)*

Current Tech Stack
- Apollo.io: B2B contact sourcing and email outreach sequencing.
- GoHighLevel (GHL): Primary CRM/pipeline, landing page hosting,



and lead nurture workflows.
- LinkedIn: Primary qualified network (content published by leadership; engagement, moderation, and meeting booking managed by this role).
- Web/Newsletter Infrastructure: Website contact forms and structured email cadence lists.

Core Responsibilities

1. Outreach & Campaign Management (Apollo.io)
- Manage and execute Apollo email outreach workflows across multiple Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns aligned with the agreed strategy.
- Monitor deliverability health of sending domains (checking SPF, DKIM, DMARC status, and sender reputation) to proactively flag anomalies before they impact reply rates.

2. CRM & Pipeline Management (GoHighLevel)
- Own GoHighLevel (GHL) as the absolute system of record: accurately input, tag, and segment networking-event contacts, and manage pipeline stages dynamically.
